Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to selected countries within Europe and other approved international destinations.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

For international orders, customs procedures may cause delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that fragrance products are permitted for import in their country.

JL Fragrance is not liable for packages refused, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

JL Fragrance is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect information

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


8. Flammable Goods Notice

Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable goods.

As a result:

  • Shipping methods may vary

  • Certain regions may have restrictions
