Thank you for shopping with JL FRANGRANCE . We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Items not in original condition

  • Products returned after 14 days

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased under special promotions, discounts, bundle deals, clearance sales, or limited-time offers

All promotional or deal items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
